Cristina serves as Representative Officer for SWIX UK, contributing to the firm’s development in London and its connectivity across trading and investment networks.
She is admitted to both the Swiss and New York Bars and holds a LL.M. from the George Washington University Law School.
Her background includes senior legal roles at Deutsche Bank in London and Petroineos Trading (Ineos / PetroChina JV), advising on complex commodities trading, structured transactions and global regulatory frameworks.
She brings deep expertise across commodities, energy and infrastructure, with direct exposure to trading desks, credit structuring and large-scale transactions across international markets.
Cristina is also founder of an independent advisory practice and currently serves as President of the Board of Energy Investment Partners (EIP AG), overseeing regulated asset management activities.
At SWIX, she supports the firm’s expansion in the UK, combining legal insight, market connectivity and transaction experience.
She also holds a Cuisine Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu London, reflecting a broader interest in refinement, culture and craftsmanship.
