Giancarlo leads SWIX’s London office, focusing on private markets, M&A and strategic transactions.
Background includes extensive experience across buy-side and sell-side M&A, corporate finance and corporate development, working with advisory firms and international groups including E.On and Sinarmas, across sectors such as energy, renewables and industrials.
Since 2015, he has been involved in the strategic development of the Swiss pharmaceutical group Sintetica, where he also serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
Works with a select group of families and entrepreneurs on private equity investments, direct opportunities and complex transactions, with a focus on access, execution and value creation.
Holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
Driven by a strong interest in business dynamics and early-stage ventures, with a natural inclination for building and leading teams.
Outside of work, he maintains an active lifestyle centred around sport, travel and cooking.
